Conservation Biology Class 2011-12 and Cornell College

For the second time in the history of the project we were able to welcome the class "Conservation Biology" (taught by Chris) in Ostional.
A group of 10 German and Austrian students spent three weeks with us working as regular volunteers (patrolling, building the hatchery and taking care of it etc.), while at the same time completing a course of study in the area of conservation biology.
For most of the participant an amazing opportunity to do some hands-on work and to apply learned material.

Furthermore, we were also able to greet a student group of Cornell College (USA) in the project, which was on an excursion through Costa Rica looking into different conservation efforts and community development projects.
